Halved cherry tomatoes, chopped green onion, chopped avocado, chopped parsley and chopped dill are gently mixed and topped with vinaigrette prepared from balsamic vinegar, garlic, prepared mustard, coarse
salt, fresh ground black pepper and olive oil.
Dressing:
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 small Garlic Clove
1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard
pinch Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 cup Olive Oil
Preparation:
Salad:
Gently mix all ingredients. Serve with dressing.

Whirl vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper, cup olive oil in blender.
