Italian Avocado And Walnut Salad

Diced avocado, fresh lemon juice, shredded red leaf lettuce, European salad greens, and walnuts seasoned with fresh ground pepper and dressed with fat-free Italian dressing. Salad is garnished with seasoned croutons.

Ingredients -
1 Avocado, pitted, peeled and diced
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
1/4 pound Red Leaf Lettuce, shredded
1/2 pound European Salad Mix
2 tablespoons chopped Walnuts
1/2 cup Fat-Free Italian Dressing
1/4 teaspoon Salt (optional)
1/2 cup Seasoned Croutons
 
Preparation:

1. Combine avocado and lemon juice in a salad bowl.

2. Add lettuce and walnuts and toss.

3. Combine remaining ingredients, except croutons, in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.

4. Add pepper to taste.

5. Shake vigorously.

6. Pour dressing over salad and toss.

7. Serve with croutons.
