Orange And Avocado Salad

Curly leaf lettuce, fresh sectioned orange, chopped avocado tossed with dressing prepared from sugar, coarse salt, fresh ground black pepper, white wine vinegar, water and hot pepper sauce.

Ingredients -
6 cups tightly packed torn Curly Leaf Lettuce
1-1/2 cup Fresh Orange Ssections
3/4 cup chopped peeled Avocado
1-1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
3 tablespoons Water
1/4 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
 
Preparation:

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently to mix.

2. Combine sugar and the next 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until blended.

3. Pour over salad; toss gently to coat.
