	Ingredients
		6 cups tightly packed torn Curly Leaf Lettuce 1 1/2 cup Fresh Orange sections 3/4 cup chopped peeled Avocado 1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Pepper 2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar 3 tablespoons Water 1/4 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently to mix.

Combine sugar and the next 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until blended.

Pour over salad; toss gently to coat.
