Ingredients -
2 Avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and thinly sliced
3 Red Bell Peppers, seeded and cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
3/4 pound packaged Salad
1/8 teaspoon Salt (optional)
1/2 cup Light Italian Dressing
1 cup Cheese and Garlic Croutons
Preparation:
Combine first 5 ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss with croutons.
