Ingredients -
Dressing:
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoons Lime Juice
3/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
12 ounces package Salad Greens
1 Red Onion, cut into slices
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 Avocado, cut into slices
Preparation:
Dressing:
Combine ingredients.
Salad:
1. In bowl, toss greens, onion, cherry tomatoes. Divide among 6 serving plates.
2. Top with avocado slices.
3. Drizzle with dressing, serve immediately.
4. Makes 8 servings.
